About Texastrusts.com and The Law Office of Jim Dunlap

TexasTrusts.com is a creation and a dream of attorney Jim Dunlap. The main objective of this program is to provide estate planning information to those persons that cannot get out and attend workshops because of their busy schedule. TexasTrusts.com was created for all to learn about the management of their estates.

This program was designed to provide information to all interested parties who can watch the computer program on their own time. It also provides a method by which each individual can start his or her estate plan. They can fill out information for legal services be it a Will or a Trust. They can then send same by computer to the Law Office of Jim Dunlap where the documents will be prepared. Upon receiving the information from the client, the Law Office will send to the client information forms on what assets they want to transfer into the Trust. Of course, this transfer document will not be needed when preparing a Will.

There will be a telephone number for any prospective client to call and ask questions concerning the process.

It is our hope that this program will help speed up the process for many of you who do not have time to stop and come visit us at our law office. We would really like to see more and more of you plan your estate instead of allowing the courts to plan it for you.
